On the first of every month we open the next two months for booking. So opening December 1st covers January and February and so on. I still recommend getting in your order as soon as those booking windows open, so you date is more likely to be available. If your order is placed within 7 days or less and availability allows there will be a 35% fast track fee.

December: I do not take custom cookie orders in December. If you are needing cookies for an event in December, be sure to order for pick up in November. Cookies freeze beautifully and I give all the directions for doing so!

Cancelling an order: Orders cancelled will NOT receive a refund. If the order is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the pick up date, a credit will be given for a future order. This credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date. Please note, your new date will be subject to availability.   

Yes, 2 dozen cookies is the minimum. Each flavor also requires a 2 dozen minimum. If you are in need of more cookies, but do not need more than 2 dozen decorated cookies, think about filler cookies.

Filler cookies are 2.5-3” circles in a color that goes with your decorated set. These are by the dozen and can be added to any order.

Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to guarantee your spot. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, your spot is no longer guaranteed.

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after payment is accepted. After the 24 hour mark I am unable to offer refunds.

All cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed with no exception.

Want to elevate the packaging or using for party favors? Add on bows to your order for $10/dozen. Each cookie will still be heat sealed and tied with a color coordinated bow.

All cookies come individually bagged and heat sealed. They will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in their heat sealed bags at room temperature.

Cookies also freeze really well! They can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Never put your cookies in the fridge! It will ruin the design.

Each cookie order comes with a cookie care card to explain freezing instructions in detail.

All orders are for pick up in Wilsonville on Friday late afternoon/ evenings and Saturday mornings.

If delivery is needed, it will be based on availability and there will be a delivery fee charged based on miles from the pick up location.

The pick up address will be emailed to you a week before pick up along with your pick up time slot. If you need to change your scheduled pick up time, please contact me no less than 24 hours prior to pick up.

At this time I do not offer gluten free options. I hope to in the future. I do offer dairy-free cookies( not vegan).

My kitchen is not a gluten free kitchen, there for they will not be safe for those with celiac.

I do not do character cookies or copyrighted images. Think anything Disney, NFL, MLB etc are protected and I will not replicate them. I can make cookies that go along with your theme with the color scheme or generic designs. If you are looking for character cookies then unfortunately I am not the baker for you.

Public Domain characters are okay, i.e Original Winnie the Pooh

I create cookies for holidays that are available for pre-order. Those holidays include Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will also see cookies available for end of the school year teacher cookies, and back to school cookies.

Yes, Luttrells Little Cookie Company falls under the Cottage Food Laws, and I am a cottage baker. All cookies are made in a home kitchen under the Oregon Cottage Food law. My kitchen is not free from the following allergens; nuts, dairy, gluten. All cookies are homemade and are not prepared in an inspected food establishment. There are no pets in the home.
